DCI has a 99% stake in Port Kundu Resort, a master-planned, leisure-integrated residential development in the Antalya region of southern Turkey.  Port Kundu is only 20km away from Antalya city centre and 15km from Antalya International Airport.

The 23-hectare site, after zoning, is being designed as a master-planned, leisure-integrated residential resort. The resort, surrounded by water canals along the banks of the Aksu River, is aiming for a residential development of over 120,000 square metres.  Phase I of this multi-phased development will comprise 80 detached, semi-detached and townhouse units spread over 40,000 square metres, after zoning.
