DCI has a stake of at least 70% in Playa Grande Resort, a high-end master-planned golf-integrated residential resort to be developed along the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. Playa Grande consists of approximately 9 km of seafront and is situated between the towns of Cabrera and Rio San Juan, each approximately 8 km away from the site. Puerto Plata, the closest international airport, is just over an hour away by car.

The resort is planned to comprise the first Aman resort in the Dominican Republic, a 200-room golf hotel, close to 350 residential units, an 18-hole golf course, spa, beach club and other leisure activities spread over more than 820 hectares of land. The golf course, which is already in operation, was designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior and, with ten of its holes running alongside twenty-metre high cliffs bordering the Atlantic Ocean, is considered to be among the most spectacular in the western hemisphere.

DCI is jointly developing the resort with Aman Resorts, Axia Ventures and the existing investor group.
