The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) is the business leaders' forum for the Travel & Tourism industry, working with governments and other stakeholders to raise awareness of the importance of one of the world's largest generators of wealth and employment. With Chairs and Chief Executives of the world's 100 foremost Travel & Tourism companies as its Members, WTTC has a unique mandate and overview on all matters related to Travel & Tourism.
WTTC addresses challenges and opportunities that affect all sectors of the global Travel & Tourism industry. It is empowered by its Members to provide an effective voice for the industry and its dialogue with governments around the world.
Dolphin, has become an active member of WTTC, with a strong involvement in its environment initiative ‘Leading the Challenge on Climate Change’. According to a recent report launched by the Council, immediate action can reduce current levels of GHG emissions and redesign a sustainable global economy, at the same time as helping to minimize the threat of climate change.
